Reason for Being
Why the Anti-Communist Movement and Freedom Defenders exists.
Cuba faces a multiple and profound systemic crisis that negatively impacts the lives of its citizens in every aspect and hinders the satisfaction of their most basic needs. This crisis has:
- Degraded the national economy — dependent and precarious, dragged down by debts, defaults and distrust.
- Corrupted institutions — reduced to instruments to keep the dominant political caste in power.
- Disintegrated civic and moral values — unleashing violence, insecurity and a lack of guarantees for life, liberty and property.
This is the deepest and most devastating crisis our people have faced, and its origins lie in the failed policy that the Cuban Communist Government has imposed for more than six decades. Our movement set out to give our people a light at the end of the tunnel, proving that freedom can be achieved through political activism that leads to the overthrow of the Communist regime.
Objectives
- Promote unity and solidarity among all Cubans committed to freedom.
- Defend and advocate for human rights and fundamental freedoms in Cuba.
- Defend the civic and political participation of Cubans inside and outside the island.
- Educate and raise awareness about the dangers of communism and the value of democracy.
- Establish international alliances to strengthen our struggle and obtain global support.
Action Plan
- Awareness campaigns about the situation in Cuba and the dangers of communism.
- Forums and conferences with experts and opinion leaders.
- Support and guidance for Cuban exiles settling into new communities.
- Peaceful mobilizations and protests to raise visibility for the Cuban cause.
- Research and documentation of human-rights violations in Cuba.
- Strategic alliances with international organizations, governments and entities.

Mission
To actively fight against all forms of communism, dictatorship and oppression — promoting freedom, justice and respect for human rights. We raise our voices for the silenced, for political prisoners, for exiles, and for every citizen suffering under totalitarian regimes.
Vision
A free, just and democratic Cuba where human rights are sacred and the people decide their destiny without fear or censorship — a world where no totalitarian regime has a place and the unity of peoples is stronger than oppression.
